Hi, I’m Abby Rhoades, a Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about transforming healthcare into a more positive, patient-centered experience. I believe medicine should honor the whole person — body, mind, and everything in between.

My approach is both holistic and investigative: I value conservative care, but I never take “normal” at face value. After personally experiencing “normal” test results while still feeling far from healthy, I’ve made it my mission to ask the right questions, dig deeper, and treat based on the full picture — not just lab numbers.

I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my BSN, then worked as a critical care nurse while completing my MSN-FNP through South University. After completing my FNP program, I co-founded my practice, Sparrow Integrated Health, in 2022.

When I'm not seeing patients in my clinic, I'm usually throwing a ball for my mini goldendoodle Piper (doodle owners know!), and spending time with my fiancé. I'm thrilled to serve as the medical director of The Skin Lab.

I started in the beauty industry 22 years ago as a cosmetologist, and later transitioned into med spas. I took on a guest services role and found that I absolutely LOVED it. I’m very type A and love the organizational aspect of this particular job, but I’m also very friendly and outgoing, so getting to connect with each of you, fulfills the relationally driven aspect of my personality. I’m just so happy to get to welcome you into this beautiful space, where the rest of the world takes a pause & YOU are the priority of the moment!

I’m Alisha , a Master Esthetician with seven years of Med Spa experience. I’ve always had a love for skincare and beauty products, playing “spa day” growing up was one of my favorite things to do. One of my favorite parts of being an Esthetician is connecting with my clients and giving them the confidence to feel comfortable and happy in their own skin. I specialize in results driven treatments with focus on each client’s unique skin concerns, helping them achieve real, lasting results. One of my favorite treatments to perform is microneedling, it helps to boost collagen and elastin, smooth acne scars, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles, leaving the skin healthy and glowing.
