Hi, I’m Abby Rhoades, a Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about transforming healthcare into a more positive, patient-centered experience. I believe medicine should honor the whole person — body, mind, and everything in between.

My approach is both holistic and investigative: I value conservative care, but I never take “normal” at face value. After personally experiencing “normal” test results while still feeling far from healthy, I’ve made it my mission to ask the right questions, dig deeper, and treat based on the full picture — not just lab numbers.

I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my BSN, then worked as a critical care nurse while completing my MSN-FNP through South University. After completing my FNP program, I co-founded my practice, Sparrow Integrated Health, in 2022.

When I'm not seeing patients in my clinic, I'm usually throwing a ball for my mini goldendoodle Piper (doodle owners know!), and spending time with my fiancé. I'm thrilled to serve as the medical director of The Skin Lab.

Hey everyone! My name is Megan and I’m the lucky one who gets to greet you at the door of The Skin Lab! I started in the beauty industry 22 years ago as a cosmetologist, and later transitioned into med spas. I took on a guest services role and found that I absolutely LOVED it. I’m very type A and love the organizational aspect of this particular job, but I’m also very friendly and outgoing, so getting to connect with each of you, fulfills the relationally driven aspect of my personality. I’m just so happy to get to welcome you into this beautiful space, where the rest of the world takes a pause & YOU are the priority of the moment!

Hi, I’m Courtney! Born and raised in Idaho, I am a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping others look and feel their absolute best! I love enhancing natural beauty through personalized skincare and treatments while educating my clients and creating a space where every one feels confident!
When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me exploring new coffee shops or spending quality time with my husband and fur babies. I’m so grateful to do what I love, and I can’t wait to see you in the treatment room!

Hi, I’m Ashley Fones, a registered nurse and licensed esthetician with a passion for helping people look and feel their absolute best. My background in both nursing and aesthetics allows me to blend medical knowledge with an artistic touch, creating results that are safe, natural, and beautifully balanced.

Before becoming a nurse injector, I spent years in the skincare industry as a licensed esthetician. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for skin health and how transformative confidence can be when someone feels good in their own skin. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Boise State University, I knew I wanted to merge my love for aesthetics with my medical training to provide advanced, evidence-based treatments that enhance each person’s natural beauty.

I take a personalized approach with every client,  listening closely to your goals, educating you about your options, and creating a treatment plan that feels right for you. My focus is natural, refreshed results that bring out your best features while keeping you looking like you, just a little more radiant and confident.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll often find me at the gym or Pilates , exploring anything health and wellness related, or continuing my education in advanced injection techniques and facial anatomy.

Hi, I’m Natalie, a registered nurse and true Idahoan!

My nursing journey began in oncology, where I spent years caring for cancer patients and walking alongside them during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Over time, I discovered a passion for aesthetics and realized I could continue caring for people in a different, but equally meaningful, way. I learned the power of listening, the importance of trust, and how deeply confidence and self-image can impact the way someone shows up in the world. That chapter of my life instilled in me a deep respect for every individual story and a commitment to caring for people with compassion, patience, and intention. Aesthetics allows me to combine my medical background with artistry, precision, and personalization, helping clients feel refreshed and confident while still looking completely like themselves.

My philosophy is simple: natural, subtle, and intentional results. I believe the best results are the ones that make people say, “You look so good,” without being able to pinpoint why. I want every client in my chair to feel safe, heard, and confident — whether it’s your very first treatment or part of your regular self-care routine.
